Warranty Policy

At Royalux, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This 1-Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made directly from the Magic Mill website (magicmillusa.com), as well as authorized retailers and marketplaces (such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other approved platforms). This warranty covers Royalux and our entire family of brands, including Magic Mill, Eurolux, Bartnelli, and others.

What is Covered?

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: The original product and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in Royalux’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced for up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.

  • Original Purchaser: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. It does not apply to products purchased second-hand.

  • Normal Household Use: The warranty applies only when the appliance is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner’s Guide.

  • Replacement Units: If a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage continues for the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period. Royalux reserves the right to replace the defective unit with one of equal or greater value.

  • Shipping Damage Upon Arrival: If your product—including cosmetic finishes or consumable/wearable parts—arrives damaged due to transit during your initial purchase, it is covered. Please contact us immediately upon receipt to report shipping damage.

What is NOT Covered?

  • Wearable and Consumable Parts: Parts that require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your unit (such as filters, dehydrator trays, accessories, etc.) are not covered by this warranty, unless they arrived damaged during initial shipping.

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, fading, or other superficial damage that does not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the appliance are not covered, unless the damage occurred during initial shipping.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are generally responsible for all freight and shipping costs associated with returning a defective unit and receiving a repaired or replacement unit. At our sole discretion, Royalux may choose to cover standard shipping costs as a courtesy under certain circumstances. However, we will not cover the cost of expedited shipping (such as overnight delivery) or instances where the standard shipping costs exceed the value of the product itself.

  • Electrical Misuse: Damage caused by using the appliance with an improper voltage supply, power converter, or adapter.

  • Commercial Use: Any unit that has been used for commercial, income-producing, institutional, or rental purposes.

  • Misuse, Abuse, and Negligence: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to clean the unit), or damage due to mishandling in transit after the initial delivery.

  • Unauthorized Repair: Damage or defects caused by repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by an unauthorized service person.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage resulting from acts of God, including but not limited to fire, floods, hurricanes, or tornadoes.

  • Unauthorized Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, resellers, or third-party sellers.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Support team to initiate a claim. While product registration is not required to submit a claim, you must be able to provide your original proof of purchase.

  1. Gather your original receipt or proof of purchase, along with your order number.

  2. Contact our Customer Support team by email at support@magicmillusa.com or call us at 888-364-8550.

  3. Our Customer Service Specialists will assist you with troubleshooting. If the appliance is deemed defective, we will provide you with instructions on how to package and send in your product for repair or replacement.

Limitations of Liability and Implied Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royalux disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied. Royalux shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
